UCI grad pursues DREAM Act in D.C.
Several hundred young undocumented immigrants from across the country, including Orange County, participated in a mock graduation ceremony in Washington, D.C., this afternoon in an effort to raise awareness for proposed immigration reform. The ceremony is one of many happening today as immigration activists ratchet up efforts to push immigration reform onto the fall legislative agenda.
