Feds: OK to keep using old I-9 for now

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has extended the deadline on using the current Form I-9. USCIS has verified that the current version of the I-9 — dated February 2, 2009 — will remain valid beyond what was suppose to be its June 30, 2009, expiration date. USCIS is in the process of reviewing and releasing a new version of the I-9.
